DEPUTY PRINCIPAL – ADMINISTRATION

 

•   Must possess a recognized bachelor’s degree with post graduate diploma in education from a reputed university with at least 10-15 years experience. (Preference will be given for those who have Maters in Educational Administration or Masters in Education)

•  Person should have a high-quality interpersonal relationship with leadership skills, to motivate teams and work with people at all levels in the organization and highly driven with strong analytical skills

• Prior experience in strategic planning, financial and human resource management in a senior management school system will be an advantage.

• Applicant should be proficient in English and Tamil or Sinhala, preferably trilingual.
