Norwegian Mass Murderer Breivik – An Anti-Islamic, Jew-loving Crusader By Azov

Anders Behring Breivik, the Norwegian who killed 93 people in a combined terror attack that included car bombings in Oslo and a shooting rampage at an island summer camp, held fiercely anti-Islamic and pro-Israel views, according to a 1,500 page manifesto he uploaded before his killing spree. In the 1,500-page document, he mentions Israel 359 times and “Jews” 324 times, all in a positive light. In fact the Jerusalem Post went on to describe his views as "far-right Zionism."

In what has been described as the worst massacre since the end of World War II, Breivik’s 90-minute shooting spree on the small island summer camp of Utoya for supporters of the governing Labour Party killed at least 87 youth and children, some reportedly under 10 years old. A bomb detonated near the office of Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg Anders Behring Breivik also killed seven people. Breivik’s rage it appears was directed at the ruling Labour Party, a liberal left-leaning party that supports migrant Muslim communities and advocates the liberation of the Palestinians from Israeli oppression. In fact vocal members of the party are pressing for Norway to be the first European nation to recognize Palestinian statehood. Indeed, the day before the massacre, a Palestine solidarity event was held on the island by its youth members.

Breivik’s Pro-Zionist Manifesto

In one passage of his 1500-page manifesto posted in English and titled ‘An European Declaration of Independence’, Breivik lashes out at European media, which he accuses of unfairly focusing on the wrongdoing of Jews. “Western Journalists again and again systematically ignore serious Muslim attacks and rather focus on the Jews,” he wrote. Breivik also took a jab at leftwing Jews. “Jews that support multi-culturalism today are as much of a threat to Israel and Zionism as they are to us,” he continued. “So let us fight together with Israel, with our Zionist brothers against all anti-Zionists, against all cultural Marxists/multiculturalists.”

He goes on to state that Israel is the homeland for Jews largely due to the persecution suffered by Jews at the hands of Muslims, saying “if one acknowledges that Islam has always oppressed the Jews, one accepts that Israel was a necessary refuge for the Jews fleeing not only the European, but also the Islamic variety of anti- Judaism.” The school of Crusader Nationalism he advocated calls for “the deportation of all Muslims from Europe” as well as from “the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.”

One cannot but suspect Breivik’s views have been motivated by American Zionist Christians (the Judeo-Christians who look to the Old Testament for inspiration rather than the true teachings of Jesus Christ) who fear a growing and influential Muslim population in Europe will mean that European governments would eventually take a pro-Palestinian, anti-Israeli stance, just as the influential Jewish lobby in their country which they support sways US public opinion in favour of Israel and ensures US government support for Israel.

Breivik who was born in London and even posted his so-called Manifesto in English is an avid fan of U.S.-based anti-Muslim activists such as Robert Spencer and Daniel Pipes. In fact The New York Times found considerable American influences in Brevik's writings, noting that he mentions the anti-Islamist American Robert Spencer who runs the Jihad Watch website as much as 64 times in his manifesto and cites Spencer's works at great length. Breivik's admiration for the likes of Daniel Pipes is also telling. A representative of the neoconservative establishment of the U.S. Pipes wrote in the National Review of 1990 that Western European societies were unprepared for the immigration of Muslim peoples cooking strange foods and maintaining different standards of hygiene. “All immigrants” he stated “bring exotic customs and attitudes, but Muslim customs are more troublesome than most."

The work of the American Jewish author Bat Ye'or is also cited dozens of times in Breivik’s Manifesto. Bat Ye'or argues in a 2005 book and elsewhere that what we are witnessing is the gradual and willful takeover of Europe by Islam, in what has been termed the "Eurabia" thesis.  The Eurabia plan, according to Ye'or originated with French leaders in the 1950s as a way to create an axis between Europe and the Arab world to counterbalance the United States and the Soviet Union. The creation of the European Union is supposedly at the heart of this scheme; the method: allowing the mass migration of Muslims into Europe to change the demographic balance.

Also revealing is the fact is that Breivik is a great admirer of  Ayaan Hirsi Ali who he things deserves the Nobel Price. Ayaan has called Islam a ‘backward religion’ incompatible with modern ideas and has condemned practices such as female circumcision and attempts to revive the Caliphate. The final blow to her faith was her reading of The Atheist Manifesto (Atheistisch Manifest) of Herman Philipse after which she renounced Islam and became an atheist in 2002.

According to the Dagens Næringsliv newspaper, Breivik sought to start an European version of the Tea Party movement of America which is dominated by Christian Zionists of the likes of Sarah Palin. Breivik believed that his actions would help spark a civil war in Europe lasting for decades and culminating with the extermination of European Marxists and the expulsion of Muslims from Europe.

Christian Fundamentalist or Zionist Agent ?

Although Breivik has attempted to portray himself as a ‘Christian fundamentalist’ it is evident to anybody that his views have nothing to do with the true teachings of Christ just as the views of some Islamic extremists have nothing to do with the true teachings of Islam. What is also interesting is Breivik’s contention that the Knights Templar, a medieval order of crusading warrior monks, had been reconstituted in London in 2002 and that he is a member of this organisation.

This order was tied closely to the Crusades but was eventually crushed by the Christian authorities of Europe with many of its members being burned at the stake for their heretical views. Pope Clement V disbanded the Order in 1312, bringing an end to its ignoble existence. These anti-Islamic fanatics referred to the Al Aqsa Mosque as Solomon's Temple, and it was from this location that the Order took the name of Poor Knights of Christ and the Temple of Solomon which was shortened to Knights Templar. Thus one may surmise whether not Breivik shares with Jewish fundamentalists the dream of rebuilding Soloman’s Temple on Al-Aqsa Mosque with its bloody animal sacrifices.

Fortunately, true Christians have been quick to distance themselves from Breivik’s heretical views. Rev. Olav Fykse Tveit, head of the World Council of Churches and himself Norwegian, went so far as to accuse Breivik of blasphemy for citing Christianity as a justification for his bloody rampage.
