The Annual Youth Leadership Training Course (YLTC Programme) concluded on Sunday 6th February 2011 after Luhar Prayers at YMMA Training Centre, Bammanna, Kurunegala.
Out of the 45 Applicants, 36 selected participants from various Branch YMMAs too part in this programme. Among them were from Hulftsdorp, Mutwal, Akkaraipattu, Aranayake, Orchard Watta- Gampaha, Puttalam, Central Camp ( Trincomalee), Beruwala, Mawanella etc.
The Purpose:
The purpose of conducting Leadership Training Programme is to create a men worthy of being of highest tradition of Islam. The desire is NOT to create a political leadership, rather to inculcate in the minds of young men a sense of duty and responsibility in their day to day life.
A class Monitor is a Leader in his Class, A Teacher is the Leader in his classroom, A Principal is the Leader of his School, A Captain is the Leader of this Team, A Father is the Leader in his own home, An Elder Brother is the Leader among his other siblings and it goes on ……….
YMMA Members are provided with this Training with the view to serving the people of his area in times of need and to give leadership to achieve this objective.

YMMA Hulftsdorp clinched the Best Camper Award for the Second Time in Four years. The Best Camper Award went to Mr. M. Sabry Ashraff Ali from YMMA Hulftsdorp. Mr. Sabry just passed the G.C.E. ( A/L) Examination
held in August 2010 and is persuing higher studies
