Please look into this matter as we could get the sponsorship approved if the below documents are submitted on or before 25th of May 2014.
Please note that it is mandatory to attach the following document along with the application forms. (Both Hard and Soft Copies are required)
- Students Progress report (Latest)
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Fathers Death Certificate
- Certified Letter from the School Principal Stating that the Child is less privileged and requires financial help it should also be mentioned in the letter that the child is a bright student and is very keen in his studies.
- Guardians NIC Copy
- Parents Marriage Certificate
- Birth Certificate of Parents
Insha Allah if the sponsorship is approved it is to be noted that the financial support will be given for a period of 1 Year (12 Months).
And a letter from the Principal will be required every 4 Months stating that the child is continuing his/her studies at the said institution.
Progress card required at the end of every term.
Please mention the amount required by each student in the "OTHER COMMENTS/UPDATES?" area to be filled in the form.

We are pleased to receive the application form to appeal for assistance for orphans. We are a Muslim organisation in Colombo and are tacking care of orphan and destitute girls for over three decades. There are several girls under residential care and also some children grow in their own society cared by their kith and kin.
Due to the prevailing economic crisis and high cost of living we are finding it extremely difficult to provide the envisaged facilities for our children these days. Thereby we are compelled to make several restrictions and we find that a helping hand from your esteemed organisation will be most welcome.
We can provide some cases for your approval for sponsorship. Is it possible for us to meet with you and discuss the application form which needs to be revised and made more orphan friendly so that we will be able to reach the most needy and vulnerable child in the society. As we have long experience in this field we are certain that some of the children will not be able to provide all the information required. At our Home we are sometimes given children by the probation with no documents yet we are compelled to assist the Muslim children untill documents are prepared.
I mentioned this matter to Mrs. Florin Marzook who sent us the information to appeal and she requested me to call you on the given no. I am out of the country at the moment and will be back on the first week of June InshAllah. By which time your applications will be closed. Anyway let us discuss this matter further when I come back and try to make the application form more appropriate to suite the child according to his/her category.
